Help with your kit

Email support@frgsignal.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If the order email has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder. Tell us if the purchase email was entered incorrectly so we can help verify the order.

Download or PDF problems

Tell us which file you are trying to use, your device and PDF reader, and what happens when you open or save it. A screenshot of the error can help, provided it does not contain private information.

Please do not email card details, passwords or personal tax records. Support covers the purchase and use of the files; it does not include personalised tax advice.

Cancellations and refunds

Use the same email address to request a cancellation or refund. See our Digital Content & Refund Policy for the details.
