Digital Content & Refund Policy

Digital delivery

The MTD Survival Kit is a digital purchase: one ebook and four practical tools supplied as five PDF files. There is no physical delivery. After successful payment, download links are provided through the order confirmation and order email.

Cancelling an order

We do not ask you to waive applicable cancellation rights for immediate download access. If you buy as a consumer and have a statutory 14-day cancellation right, downloading the kit does not by itself remove that right. Tell us clearly that you want to cancel within the applicable period. Consumer cancellation rights do not automatically apply to purchases made for business purposes.

Request a refund or help

Email support@frgsignal.com with your order number and purchase email address. If a file will not download or open, include its name, your device and PDF reader, and the error message. Do not send card details or personal tax records.

For a cancellation request, you can copy this wording:

I wish to cancel my order for the MTD Survival Kit.

You can also write to FRG Signal di Riccardo Farruggia, Via Miglioli 4, Peschiera Borromeo, Milano, Italy. No special form is required.

Problems with the content

If files are faulty, missing or not as described, contact us so we can address the problem and provide the remedy required by applicable law. The launch price does not reduce your statutory rights. Refund requests outside a statutory entitlement can also be sent to the same address for review.

Where a refund is due, we will confirm its processing and use the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to show it. This policy does not exclude or restrict your statutory rights.
