Who is responsible for your information
FRG Signal di Riccardo Farruggia
Via Miglioli 4, Peschiera Borromeo, Milano, Italy
Email: support@frgsignal.com
This notice covers purchases, support requests and use of frgsignal.com. We are the controller of the personal information we use to operate this store.
Information we use
We receive the name, email address and billing details you enter at checkout, the products ordered, payment status and transaction references. We also keep order communications, download permissions and access records, and any newsletter preference you provide. The website and its providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, session identifiers and security logs.
Payment providers process payment credentials in their own payment systems. Do not send us full card details, passwords or personal tax records. Information you enter in downloaded worksheets is not automatically sent to us by those files.
Why we use it
- Orders, downloads and support: to carry out our contract with you, including confirming payment and providing the files.
- Accounting and required records: to meet applicable legal obligations.
- Security and resolving disputes: our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, protecting the website and dealing with claims.
- Optional newsletters: your consent. Subscribing is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us.
Order and delivery emails are service messages and are separate from newsletters.
Services that receive information
We use Hostinger for website services and Hostinger Reach for customer contact synchronisation and email marketing where you have subscribed. WooCommerce manages orders and downloads. WooPayments and PayPal handle the payment methods offered at checkout. Their processing can include fraud prevention and their own legal obligations.
The site also has Meta Pixel and server-side conversion tracking enabled. These can send website interactions and purchase-event information to Meta for advertising measurement and matching, including technical identifiers and customer matching information. Hashing an identifier does not make it anonymous. See our Cookie Notice for the current tracking position and available controls.
Provider information: Hostinger, Automattic / WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal and Meta. We may also disclose necessary information to professional advisers or authorities where required.
International processing and retention
Some providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country, including outside the EEA or UK. Applicable transfer protections depend on the provider, destination and service; the linked provider notices describe their arrangements. Contact us for information about a particular transfer.
Retention depends on the purpose: order and accounting records are retained for applicable legal requirements; download records support access and troubleshooting; support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve the issue and related claims. Newsletter information is used until you unsubscribe, with a limited suppression record where needed to honour that choice. Deletion requests do not override records we must legally retain. Contact us for the retention position for your order or account.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email support@frgsignal.com; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
You can complain to the Italian data protection authority or your relevant supervisory authority. UK customers can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
